By submitting an application through this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for or attend an Atlas List gathering. Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information.

Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. The Atlas List is an invitation-only circle; the founders reserve the right to accept, decline, or revoke any application or invitation at their sole discretion and without explanation.

There is no fee to apply for or attend our gatherings. We do not charge dues, tier subscriptions, or pay-to-attend fees of any kind.

Our gatherings are private. By attending, you agree to: (1) treat the gathering as confidential — what is shared in the room stays in the room; (2) refrain from soliciting other guests for business, sales, or recruiting; (3) respect the privacy and consent of other attendees, including in photography and on social media.

We reserve the right to ask any attendee to leave for behavior we determine to be inconsistent with these standards.

By checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you provide express written consent for The Atlas List to send you automated text messages, including event invitations, RSVPs, and member communications.

Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2–6 messages per month around event cycles.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of being considered for membership or attending events.

Our gatherings are documented by professional photographers and videographers. Photos and video captured at events are the property of The Atlas List. As an attendee, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use photos and video featuring you for your own social media and personal use.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed and that such content may be used by The Atlas List for member communications and promotional purposes, in keeping with the spirit of the gathering.

The Site and our events are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or the events, including any guarantee of professional or personal outcomes from attendance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Atlas List, its founders, and its agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site, your application, or your attendance at any event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or participation in events after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
