The Atlas List is a private, invitation-only social circle hosting curated gatherings in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Atlas List is operated by Devaun and Michael.

When you submit an application through our website, we collect: your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, and the text you provide in the vouch / introduction field. We also automatically log the IP address and timestamp of your submission for security and rate-limiting purposes.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

We use the information you provide to: (1) review your application; (2) contact you regarding your application; and (3) if your application is approved, send you details about upcoming gatherings, RSVPs, and member announcements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

By checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you provide express written consent for The Atlas List to send you automated text messages related to event invitations, RSVPs, and member communications.

Message frequency varies. Typically you can expect 2–6 messages per month around event cycles.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of being considered for membership.

Application data is stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database, encrypted at rest, in a United States region. Access is restricted to The Atlas List founders.

This website does not use marketing cookies or third-party analytics. The only data we collect about you is what you submit through the application form.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@alpinedryiceblasting.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

The Atlas List is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to current members via email or SMS.
